Is there a possibility to install Open MRS on a shared web hosting (Hostgator, Dreamhost, Bluehost, or GoDaddy). I intend to use the software for educational purposes. I will be using this with my students in a distance learning. If it is possible, tell me how please.

If you could able to get the ssh access of the shared hosting, then you might able to install OpenMRS Server on that hosting environment, otherwise better option would be going for a AWS EC2 instance which you can get Free for 12 months.
I am following the instructions in https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Installing+OpenMRS+on+Amazon+EC2 but cant seem to find the ubuntu AMI ready for openMRS
