OpenMRS KenyaEMR distribution Jetty setup

Hello guys, trying to set up my development mode on IntelliJ using jetty as my webserver but throws a javax error and can’t start OpenMRS(1.12.1) instance. This would speed up my tests instead of restarting the server every time I want to test. Anyone who has been able to hack this?
