OpenMRS installation stuck at "creating user database"

I am installing OpenMRS on my server and I have been leading this tutorial settings https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Step+6+-+Configure+OpenMRS

and takes about 20 minutes and is still stagnated (apparently) while being installed in the second process of “creating user database” I wonder if it is normal, or if I made a mistake?

Note, this stalled before starting bone 0%

No idea why it’s stuck, but yes 20 minutes is normal in my experience. To be honest I don’t understand why is so slow because it creates a few thousands of rows.

Gave me wrong, I had to reinstall the OpenMRS but selecting an existing database (which had already been created)

My new problem is that I can not install the modules
