@jeffneiman, I think we’re getting this backwards.

When a topic requires certain parties, we should schedule the topic based on their availability rather than announce the topic as scheduled and then hope they’re available.

Monday (1 May) remains an OPEN FORUM until we have a topic AND know the people required to attend the topic are available.
