Starting today, the OpenMRS demo system at demo.openmrs.org, as well as all test systems running OpenMRS, will be temporarily unavailable to the public.
Why the change is being made
This temporary change is being put in place while the OpenMRS engineering team works on critical system issues and prepares upgrades. The change is being put in place to ensure high reliability and performance of our OpenMRS.org infrastructure.
What this means to you
- If you are in need of an OpenMRS demo system, we recommend downloading and installing the OpenMRS Standalone edition from http://openmrs.org/download for evaluation purposes.
- If you are currently using an OpenMRS test system such as a DTE, INT, or UAT system, please open a new help desk case with your IP address (and the system to which you need access) so we can allow the appropriate traffic through the firewall.
- We are temporarily not assigning any new test systems at this time until the underlying issues can be resolved.
