The VM is down, I raised a ticket to get it back hopefully.

How long will it take to get the VM fired up again?
I have no idea.
The VM is completely unresponsive, no network in or out, so I cannot do anything other than wait for our provider to help us.
It’s up again. @cintiadr, please let us know, if you hear anything back on what happened. Fortunately, data seems to be still in there…
They answered a few minutes after I went to sleep 
‘ It looks like the database entry for your VM isn’t updating.‘ ‘He forced the database to finish updating and your VM has returned to an ACTIVE state.’
Something related to openstack. Not sure what that means, but everything is back.
