OCL web dependency failure.

Hello all, i have noticed that there is a failure of OCL WEB Dependencies - last success 5 months ago - https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/OCL-OWD/latest

Please can someone fix this Cc@dkayiwa

Disabled the plan for now.

Does that mean we don’t need to do anything now?

Yes, no need to address it right away as the regular OCL WEB build is based on older dependencies without this issue. Anyway, I think I’ll fix that before the end of year.
