OCL Sprint 12 Demo announcement

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well.

A date has been chosen by the community for our demo and it will be happening this Wednesday 19th December 2018.

Sprint 12 set out a goal which was to finish up tasks that were pending from sprint 11 and fix any bugs that we come across and have the product ready for MVP release at the end of the sprint. The team has worked hard towards meeting this goal.

To provide more context on what to expect from the demo, we have attached a summary of some relevant information below.

I believe this call is supposed to be happening now; however, the post still reads “Video call Link: This will be provided about 30 minutes to the call on Wednesday”.

Ah. I found the link. It was shared in a different thread. Unfortunately, the call Google Hangout is full.

Any chance it is a Hangout on Air (i.e., there’s a way to watch without joining the call)?

I can’t get in. It is a google on air hangout which is limited in number of participants.

I can’t get in either – it says “This call is full”. Did anyone else have luck joining?

Hello everyone, Massive apologies. Somehow the demo call didn’t go as smoothly as we had planned.

However, we appreciate all the feedback we were able to receive and we believe we can do much better than we did previously.

Thanks. These things happen. Let’s be sure we are not using the hangout which is limited in number. Let’s be sure the latest build of the software is posted to a public QA server before the call. Lets be sure the data we are using are realistic and all fields are populated with data to demo the functionality. Let’s be sure to test everything before the call. :smiley:
