Not able to see OpenMRS features on online demo version

Application Name: Platform Version Number: V2 and V3

Question: I’m new to OpenMRS. I tried to test features of the software on the online demo (version 2 at Login and version 3 at OpenMRS). But with admin credentials provided, I only see configuration options.

Please, are there a way to try all features of OpenMRS on the demo versions ?
