Because of this we are facing some problem in Bahmni. Can we revert the changes and release emrapi and put these changes back?
Generally, yes, the Bahmni team should feel comfortable releasing EMR API whenever they need to.
Note that “releasing” is partially automated to be done from Bamboo (here https://wiki.openmrs.org/x/i4DTAw) but you also need to do the release in JIRA, which means ensuring that any tickets are in the right state.
