New contributor looking for beginner-friendly issues (GSoC 2026)

Hi everyone,

I’m a new contributor aiming to apply for GSoC 2026. I’ve been exploring OpenMRS and am comfortable with Java and GitHub.

Currently, I’m not finding unassigned beginner-friendly issues in Jira. Could someone please suggest a small task (bug, documentation, or test-related) that I can start with?
