Hello Everyone, I need some help from any experienced user of the openhmis inventory module. How can I dispense inventory items from Departments just like stockroom to departments.

As you wait for a response from @insiderish or any other person from @BandaHealth , you could in the meantime, look at the codebase, just in case it was simply not documented.
