MRRT Report: problem of creation

Hi, I have successfully installed the “Radiology FHIR Support Module” on OpenMRS 1.11.4 in order to create radiology reports. when I’m trying to create an MRRT report from the following page by clicking on the “Create Report” button :

But I’m getting an error that I couldn’t resolve :

Apparently two teams are working on the same feature separately. This is from the fhir module. I’m developing on radiology and this feature is yet to be released in radiology.
