When I send an order for radiology in bahmni, it doesnt appear in dcm4chee in modality worklist tab. Bahmni doesnt give any errors in the ui, but in the console i get ERROR - DicomStudiesQueryController.fetchStudies(41) |2026-02-06T21:43:05,679| Error occurred while trying to query PACS server
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Pacs Server configuration not setup.
i added DCM4CHEE@dcm4chee:11112 in pacsquery.pacsConfig, and the error in the console is gone, but still nothing in the modality worklist.
the failed_events in pacsdb says that its missing source for order , but the concept has mappings.
