Missing observation forms on Bahmni - clinical- consultation page

Hello, I installed Bahmni in my computer but could not see any form on a clinical page inside consultation tab. I got error “TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘results[0].data.results[0].setMembers’)” . How can it be fixed?

Have you tried rebuilding index after installation?

https://ip-or-domain/openmrs/admin/index.htm => maintenance => search index
