Making pull request to an OpenMRS module

Hi,

I am a newbie to the project. I would like to make a pull request to the system metrics module: https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-systemmetrics, but I don’t seem to have authorization. The only contributor’s account is inactive. Anybody knows whom to contact for this ?
