How big is your implementation? If it’s not very large, you could just use the Standalone. See info here… https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/OpenMRS+Standalone
Are you based in the Dominican Republic? I’ve done several OpenMRS Implementations in Haiti. Maybe we could get together if you needed some hands-on support.
