I hope you all are doing well. Here I have created a basic JIRA workflow for my GSOC project “OpenMRS should support PostgreSQL”.

I will be eagerly waiting for all your reviews. Please have a look at it whenever you get time.

My Project mentors are @dkayiwa and @jwnasambu
