We will be performing maintenance on the JIRA issue tracking system today, 2014-04-01, at 13:00 EDT (17:00 UTC). During this time there will be a full outage that should last no more than 30 minutes followed by some slowness while JIRA add-ons are updated and re-indexed. We will be updating to the newest version of JIRA (6.2.1). Below are some resources that explain and show the new features in action.
