Jira access request still "Waiting for Triage" [ISD-18750]

Good afternoon everyone! My name is Bruno, and I would like to start contributing on a first issue. Here I sent my request for Jira infrastructure on November 26, but I still haven’t recived any response, except for the automatic e-mail. My request number is [ISD-18750]. So far I’ve already created my OpenMRS ID, and installed SDK and Docker. I just wanted to gently ask here to check if there are any extra steps needed on my side to get approved, so I can assign myself a ticket. Thanks !

Kindly check if the issue is resolved by logging into Jira/Wiki.

I can visualize the wiki and see the issues, but I’m still unable to assign myself any issue :frowning:

@bmazzone Can you share a screenshot?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you select LUI-157?

Under “Ready for work” it says “you don’t have an authorization to execute the transition of this ticket”.

Can you share a screenshot of the drop down that you see when you click on you account icon (BM) on the top right corner?

  1. Drop down that I see
  2. What I see when I click on profile

Now click on the Log in link.

Yes, it is finally going! Thank you for you patience. I also tried to login directly on Atlassian using @openmrs mail before, but it wasn’t working. I hope everyone who has the same trouble can read this topic.

Hello, I’m having the same problem as the OP. I applied for the access on Nov 30th (ISD-18775). I did not receive any response apart from the automated e-mail. When I tried to log in- inside the profile section as you suggested here, it says, “[my email] doesn’t have access to Jira on openmrs.atlassian.net.” Can you please look into it?

Sorry for the late response.Kindly could you please try logging into Jira/Wiki please?

after I logged into jira with my email, under profile section, when I click on log in, it still says, “[my email] doesn’t have access to Jira on openmrs.atlassian.net.” I still cannot assign tasks for myself.

Can you share a screenshot of how your profile looks like?

Kindly login using your username appended with @id.openmrs.org

It’s working now thank you so much!!

It’s working now thanks for the help!
