Found new issue with Add New User, it throws exception with null pointer. I had a fixed for it. However, I wonder this issue is already been fixed? If so, where can I find out? If not, how can I contribute my fixed to the openMRS core?

Thank you for your replied. I searched the tracker list and didn’t find any JIRA opened or closed on the issue. I requested the Help Desk to allow me to open the JIRA on the issue and will commit the fix.
