Go ahead. We have a semi-automated processes that occassionally flags tickets that have been hanging around for a while with no updates, but if it’s still “Ready for Work”, it’s ready for work.

I’ve gone ahead and closed the issue. Looks like we inadvertently had a duplicate ticket.
