I am trying to integrate a ticketing system such as JIRA or similar to have track and measure. This system will enhance the productivity of the resources.
It is very helpful for telemedicine kind of environments. where pool of the doctors are going to be perform the job for various remote locations.
Any one in the forum did any such integration, look forward for the guidance.
