In Bahmni OpenMRS service in not Running , Bangladesh

Dear All My Self Foyaz Ahmed Working with Ministry of Health Bangladesh as a IT Consultant for the Systems using for Health Development.
We have introduced OpenMRS In Bangladesh Back to 2013. and Back to 2015 we have Introduced Bahmni with SHR for in one of our Organization. It was running for last 2.5 Year. Suddenly we have found an error in OpenMRS Service. The Error is Given Below:

@foyazahmed, thanks for reaching out, and I’m glad to hear that Bahmni had been running well up until now.

Did anything change about the installation recently, which might have led to this?

Also, as Tendo says, you will need to share more server logs than just this screenshot.
