Improving DHIS connector data push scheduling (automation)

I’ll be working on the project idea proposed by @heshan on improving the DHIS connector module (link: GSoC 2022 : Project Brainstorming - #38 by heshan) and I will be using this thread for posting updates and discussions on the development.
