I'm trying to setup OpenMRS as a developer and wondering what to do next

I recently created this issue https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/AM-178 and now I’m trying to do what’s necessary to work on it. It’s my first time though to attempt any development task. I did some steps and wondering what to do next. I installed maven and Openmrs SDK, then I created platform module with the command: mvn openmrs-sdk:create-platform-module

then created platform server with the command: mvn openmrs-sdk:setup-platform I used the default version which is 1.11.5

so what do I have to do next? I really appreciate any help cause I don’t really have any experience in development but I really need this issue resolved cause my implementation is facing many problems because of it.

How can I open openmrs on my browser as a developer? and should I setup the reference application server?
