Hello everyone. i would like to know whether the tickets under done, closed or fixed status are still necessary on the list…i think the list needs to be updated.
This indicates the bug has already been fixed or sometimes it won’t be fixed and you can’t do away with such tickets because they are there for future reference. What I will recommend is concentrate on the tickets in ready to work state only.
