# I have list of questions where the answer option are never, sometimes, often and always, and value of these answers are 1, 2,3 and 4. At the end of the questionnaire I would like to sum the all answer. This need to done on xforms. Example 1. Question one … Answer options are never, sometimes, often and always …value of these options are 1, 2, 3, 4. 2.question two… Same options 3…Question 3 ( questions one + questions two)… In xform how to get this function. I tried various methods , but nothing works. ---

I want to have an autism score card in xform, where the answer option for each questions are 1, for never, up to normal values of 4 (always). The total score is the sum of the scores of all questions answer. For example, all the 5 questions were answered never, total score is 5. In display answer option should display as always, never, sometime and often…but values of these answers are 1,2,3,4 and at the end need total score ---
