I can not schedule appointments

I can not schedule appointments, it says that the timezone is not correct.

I am accessing in Brazil, I would like to know how to change the timezone in the program, is it necessary to change the atlas module or should it be done in management inside OpenMRS?

I don’t have much knowledge on OpenMRS application, but Patient Appoinments - error about right time zone leads me to ask. Is the OpenMRS server on the same timezone as your browser/computer?

What do I need to know, where do I view or edit the time zone in OpenMRS?
