# I am a new user

Hello, I am new to Open MRS Environment and I have few questions to ask: I am trying to deploy an instance of openmrs2 via android mobile app, and I am having issues with skip logic and getting it to work in a remote area in an offline mode.

1. Does openmrs3 support offline capability (data entry and manipulation) in a case where it is deployed via app for remote hospital settings.
2. Does openmrs3 support skip/branch logic if deploy on a mobile app? (where the response to a question determines the follow-up questions) It will be very good if this can be achieved via mobile app not for web platform. Thank you.
