HTTP Status 500 - Service not found

Am going through the RefApp 2.8.0 documents to ensure they are up to date. When i click on https://demo.openmrs.org on release notes page this is what i get https://pastebin.com/1P2V7TW1 initially it was working well. What could be the cause?
