Question: New to html form entry. Is there a way of sorting the information presented in the encounters section of the patient dashboard ? I created a form that has many sections but when viewing it in the patient dashboard, it all jumbled up. See screenshots below.
Would like to see all medical history together and then medications. Does it have anything to do with the concepts sets?
