How to set a Patient Identifier when creating patient using Administration > Manage Patients

Hi,

I’m trying to create a pient through Administration > Manage Patients, but struggling to set the Patient Identifier. Regardless of which Identifier Type I choose(OpenMRS ID, Old Identification Number, OpenMRS Identification Number) I fail to set the identifier with the correct format. What format should I use?

You can go to the Manage Identifier Types page and turn off the validator for any identifier type that you would like to use. https://demo.openmrs.org/openmrs/admin/patients/patientIdentifierType.list
