unfortunately not possible jus through configuration. @akhilmalhotra @sanjayap you guys have done something similar in the past?

@kannan , not every visit will have a diagnosis done, right?

@angshuonlin, we have made this other way around for specific research or indicator by adding in notes as a mandatory section. Probably @akhilmalhotra has more context if he has faced any.

@angshuonline for reporting purpose we do capture diagnosis for every visit.

I don’t generally recommend making it a mandatory field because not every visit has a diagnosis (e.g. follow-up visits). But if your purpose is to check how many and/or which visits were follow-ups for a particular diagnosis, you can probably do that by identifying if that disease-specific follow-up form was filled in a particular visit.
