How can i Introduce the audit log module to track changes done to encounters and observations in OpenMRS 2.x. leveraging the auditlog module

What could be the better option?

because the above module seems not maintained for quite some time

Hi @jonathan , have you gone through the module’s readme on how to set it up?

Note that it’s very likely that the module might be outdated to work with OpenMRS 2.x versions.
