@hpardess, yes, [here is a configuration example](https://github.com/mekomsolutions/openmrs-module-lfhcforms/blob/4588fd6bf102b3b2a25ee3bff7f43d638ac09711/omod/src/main/resources/apps/lfhc_registration_app.json#L80-L89) for such a person attribute:
