how to create a ticket

hello OPENMRS community am trying to work on my first issue and i was told to *“Add a ticket with as much description as possible. (file it was in, line number, and the TODO wording) * Link those tickets to this ticket.” i kindly seek assistance on how to add the ticket. thanks.

@janie kindly follow this steps:

  1. Log into the jira dashboard.

  2. Click on the dropdown on the project option.

  3. Click on create to create a new issue( thought the is this error now The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.)

  4. Enter the ticket description and and other requirements then click save.
