How To Add Fields In Bahmni from left to right in Visit Form?

I wanted to Add Data as per mentioned below. How Can I do that? I wanted to add this data on VISIT form.

Hi

Currently we do not support to have multiple fields in a single row (as mentioned above) for Visit Page. However the registration first page supports 2 column layout. Here is how it looks like after the configuration. Also for Observation Templates under clinical module you can configure multiple fields as a table view.
