How do migrate a Concept Dictionary to another server?

Platform Version: 1.11.4

Question: I have a local installation of openmrs on my laptop. I haven used this installation to create a concept dictionary for our project.

We now need to install openmrs on a server. We primarily need to move the concepts. But it would be nice to be able to migrate the forms, encounter types etc. We currently do not have any patient/visit etc data on the system

What is the best way to migrate this installation of openmrs to the server?

An alternative is to do a SQL dump of your database and then manually splice it to include the metadata but not the data.
