How do I flag a post in OpenMRS it doesn't seem to be working?

Whenever I refresh OpenMRS I cant seem to flag any posts. Please Help

You click that image and you should see various options. Also this really belongs in #meta as this pertains to OpenMRS Talk, and not OpenMRS itself.

@laekinmusk28 I think it will be helpful if you edit your profile! I previously did not have the flag button option, but after adding a profile picture and brief bio message, the flag option is now available to me. I believe there needs to be some user activity/contribution before you can flag posts.
