How can I access concept name in my groovy fragment MyFragment.gsp

I am developing my first Test fragment and I followed all the steps in the wiki page. The fragment is showing up in the clinical summary/Patient Dashboard page. Now I want to make it interesting and add some concept name in the fragment.

How can I access the CIEL concept name in the .gsp fragment?
