Help on : "Cannot view or manage the Add Ons since you dont have priviledges"

Greetings Ive been able to install the openmrs sdk and ive been able to get to enter the database username which is ‘Admin’ and the password ‘Admin123’ . Unfortunately this is the screen that is showing on my screen .

Im kindly requesting for a rectification on this . thanks
