hello everyone failure to create userroles in tomcat 10

How can i Create a new user in tomcat and run it as admin

i have installed jdk,tomcat,mysql but when i deployed openmrs standalone 4.0.0 it brought logging page and logged with admin and test as password

build the latest version of webservices module and deploy that to your modules folder and run again
