HELINA 2019 Announced!

Dear friends,

The Health Informatics in Africa (HELINA), a network organisation of national health informatics societies in Africa will hold its annual Scientific Conference in Botswana at the University of Botswana’s eHealth and Research Center from 25th November 2019 to 29th November 2019. For those of you who attended the OpenMRS Implementers meeting in Nairobi last December and also in Eldoret, Kenya in 2013, you recall our co-location with this meeting

So it will not be in association with OpenMRS 2019 this year, then. That’s too bad, but Botswana is still a good place to have a HELINA meeting!

Unfortunately synching didn’t work very this year in terms of the countries in Africa that applied to host the OpenMRS meeting and HELINA conference…and the timing of the meetings
