Question: Hello,

My name is Jackson and I am a medical volunteer for the Village Mountain Mission in the Dominican Republic. I am trying to download the OpenMRS free trial ‘Reference Application 2.8.1 Standalone Edition’. When I click the download icon, something is downloading into my ‘download box’, but when I click this download, it only duplicates itself and doesn’t lead to anything further.

I am using a 2018 Mac with FireFox.

Please advise!

Can you share a screenshot of the duplicates that you see when you click the downloaded zip file?

Hi Cliff,

Thanks very much for your help. This video, coupled with some other youtube tutorials allowed me to download OpenMRS. Unfortunately, I am getting an error when trying to open this application.

@tuc50662 am not sure about the real cause of this problem but i would recommend sharing the error log in pastebin.com as @dkayiwa has said.he will better be able to figure out the cause of the problem… I would also recommend using the latest version of chrome instead of firefox…
