@jerome24 you can share the logs here https://pastebin.com/

According to your logs, Do you apache tomcat set on your machine? From your logs, its shows that openmrs war is unreadable by tomcat server

Ok I will paste it

I am using Xampp and it is on the same machine

can you try re deploying again and we see for second time, the first time openmrs war file seemed unreachable by tomcat server here Invalid or unreadable WAR file here is the pastebin https://pastebin.com/yTUcKBeE

Openmrs war file has completed successful because I have even been given an option to login. The issue is uploading reference application addons. It only upload to 2%.

Can you try uploading that module using manage module on administration page if addonmanager is misbehaving

Why does it give out the warning " No name layout format set" from tomcat?

The screen shot is not clear and not visible but if you can navigate to administration page, another option that will get you going is to use manage module link and upload

Actually I can’t get to the administration page until i upload the reference application addons. Maybe If there is a folder where I can paste the addons?Uploading: addons error.png…

Thanks for the help. I have manage to upload addons by copying the files and paste the in the modules folder.

Thats good, you finally got module folder :slightly_smiling_face:
