# Guidance Needed on Setting Up OpenMRS for a Hospital – Roles, Permissions and Workflow

Hello OpenMRS Community,

I am currently working on setting up **OpenMRS Reference Application (O3)** for use in a hospital environment. I am running OpenMRS using Docker, but I am having some challenges with configuring it properly for a real hospital workflow.

I would appreciate guidance from anyone who has experience deploying OpenMRS in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.

One of the main areas I need help with is **user roles, permissions, and restricting access based on staff responsibilities**.

Hey, You could have a look at Ozone HIS which brings OpenMRS as the EHR and Keycloak as the IdP for user management. [Here](https://docs.ozone-his.com/getting-started/run-locally/) is the documentation on Ozone and how to run it locally.
