I need input/feedback regarding persona profiles

What type of users were intended to be targeted by using these personas.

What is a difference between tester and subject matter expert because intended information page for tester is misleading and for subject matter expert out-dated. Can’t they be categorized as volunteers or contributors and then “tester” “subject matter experts” sub-categories. What’s the difference between them if any?

What I’ve done today

I’m going through Wiki page of VistA. One of organization working in domain close to us. I’ll compare their documentation with ours and see if we can learn anything from these organizations in the time persona building phase is finalized.

Whats next

1- Documentation of OMRS Wiki with similar organization(s). I’ll upload a link here tomorrow and it’ll be updated everyday.

2- Figuring out pages of our Wiki that are outdated or no longer valid.
