For GSOC proposals should i use my own idea or should i get from roadmap from OpenMRS

If you have your idea, then you should have to discuss it first with a core maintainer of OpenMRS and if they agrees with your idea and process then you are good to go…!

Hi gayanslp! You can always checkout Jira, most of the issues are listed there. You can pick any issue you want to work on. Also, if you find any new issues, you can create a jira ticket for that, have discussions and raise a PR.
