Hello everyone! I am Aishwarya (Ash), applying for Google Summer of Code 2026 under the Audit Log Module Enhancement project.
Here are my two PRs: Backend: #17 - REST Endpoint: Adds GET /module/auditlog/rest/auditlogs with filtering options for users, actions, and dates. Frontend: #267 - O3 Workspace: Carbon DataTable with real-time filtering, pagination, internationalization Any community feedback would be highly appreciated!
For projects that have been listed for GSoC, we do not accept PRs or issues related to those (except things orthogonal to the key concerns). For example, if while researching how the audit log UI would need to be implemented you discovered that there are certain events that aren’t logged to the audit log we would accept that. This is only fair to everyone.
Thank you for clarifying this, Ian — and sorry for not following the rule. I understand why it’s important for fairness to all applicants. I’ll keep any further contributions to things genuinely orthogonal to the project scope. Appreciate you taking the time to explain it.
